im only 16 and right now my hips are 39. i really want hips just as big as this https://pbs.twimg.com/media/A6Sm3olCQAA5o24.jpg . i know i wont look just like her but that is my goal. my family do have big hips, butts and thighs.. but for some reason i dont have it yet. how do i get bigger hips? please dont judge me just give me the tips and hints!

My fiance found out that he has a tumor in his brain the size of a golf ball, and is having it removed as I'm typing this. They will have to remove 25% of his brain along with the tumor to make sure they got as much of it as possible. The unfortunate part of all of this is that in another 5-10 years, the tumor will grow back. He will be having to do chemo and radiation to try to help slow the growth, but there is a 95% chance that it will grow back. Please, even if it's only a dollar or two, we would be ever grateful. <3
