How is it possible to appear higher in search engines when someone writes the words "caste", "Greek", "crisis", "corruption" etc.

Advertise. A lot of websites have spots where you can advertise, and they will advertise that you can advertise. (Yo dog, I heard you liked "advertise".)
Or you can make a Facebook page for it and advertise that on facebook and/or share it with all your friends. Same with Tumblr or Twitter. Social Media is a big hit, nowadays.
