Like someone I'm following (theyre not following me back) but I reply to her tweet and it will show everyones under it but mine even the people she's not following. Why is this??

If you following any one on twitter it means you will get his all the update on your wall but until they follow you back, your update will not showing on his wall

you need to refresh your browser or relode the page. Sometimes your browser will keep the page in cashe memory, and not update it with new posts. Hitting refresh will resolve this. manually set your cookies.
