Facebook, and twitter, apps have been removed from the xbox consoles, as for playing flash games and flash videos on the xbox internet explorer - you can't! the xbox does not allow flash games!
Internet Explorer was basically added to the console to make it a "simple" search tool! to keep people on the console, instead of finding a different device!
