Hi, how do I private chat with someone Twitter? Like similarly to Facebook or MSN. There is that girl that I really like and I'm following her (i dont think shes following me back). How can I start a convo with her without other people seeing what we talk about?

It's called a direct message. Right beside the "Compose new tweet' button, in the right hand, top corner, there should be an options button. click that && it's the first option there. Message the girl, and noobody will be able to see it.
