If my Iphone 4 has Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, and facebook app, and my phone has pictures on it, how much songs could it hold then?

8GB can hold *up to* 2,000 songs. However, depending on the apps you listed above, and those you haven't listed, and how many pictures you have, that'll decrease. I couldn't tell you exactly unless you were able to tell us how much space is already consumed.
