Sometimes an advertisement is about entertainment. This is a global company you are working with, brand recognition is not a problem.

The desired effect of the advertisement is a cheap laugh and a few seconds of engagement with its target audience.

The twist at the end of the advertisement trends towards viral advertising, and with that view count, it has been successful.

By giving the audience an entertaining ad, they could be counting on views and social media sharing alone without having to give a direct marketing message.

So if you were to analyze the ad, would you say that the influence of social media, namely YouTube, has had an effect on the construction of commercials?

Good luck if this is an assignment.
