What is the "Remaining API" in TweetDeck? - Paul H - 11-27-2012 06:33 AM

I can't figure out what the 13/100 or 51/100 means -- it changes all the time!

"Remaining API" refers to the remaining number of requests that your Tweetdeck client is able to make for that hour to the Twitter service.

Twitter currently allocates 100 API requests an hour per client.

You can manage (or "throttle") how the API requests are used for retrieving tweets, looking at profiles and checking for DM's/replies in the Settings options (The spanner icon).
