okay, so I was trying to download twitter password hacker to recover my old account and well i took a survery i download program and it says file unlocks after install but it didn't unlock so i need help and i need an answer can you please help me i need an answer.

It's a scam: The goal is to keep you answering surveys, so the member who referred the link gets paid. There is no file; it's either empty or gibberish.

It won't unlock a file until you successfully complete the survey offers by filling out all legit informations. Stay back with these types of content locking websites. You won't get anything else the uploader get whooping profits.
