Go into your email that you used to sign up and they should of sent you a verification code or a url, just click on it and its done.

Do you mean verified as in having a little tick in blue next to your name? If so, I'm pretty sure it's for celebrities only..
If you just want to verify your account then yeah, as someone said, you just need to check your email for a verification link they sent you.
