All my friends have cool twitter names like, @pb_jSAMwhich or @kiss_my_CASS my name is natalie i can go by nat though, any ideas!?

Well, that depends on what you are creating the account for. Is it for personal use or business or something else?
I would consider it personal since most people use it for the same use. Then, you could go for
its_natalie or natalie_rocks or natalie_YOURSTATE or anything similar.
If you have some lucky numbers, then you could go for NatalieNUMBERS_HERE
All of them sound good and its actually what you tweet about and I am sure you sound amazing and gonna tweet some cool stuff as well. Let me know after you create the account so that I can follow you. Good luck!
