In order to get more Twitter followers, you can put many interesting pictures in your profile and in your Twitter photos. Or ask your facebook friends to be your Twitter follower if you have facebook account.
Interesting Tweets can be any topics that most people like to read about, for example how to make money in the internet, how to make a website, latest gadgets, fashion, etc. In this way, you make people read it more informed.

what you can do is go on those twitter add websites on google.the ones that give you points for adding. but thats the thing , you HAVE to add people in order to get followers. what you can do is use the sites, then like a week later delete the people you dont wanna follow. cuz some of them say that you have to keep the followers in order to get points. or you could just contribute to the trending topics everyday and say "follow me" in your tweets. worked for a while with me
