Is it possible to talk to people who aren't following you on Twitter, like famous people? That would be so cool if you can. And if you can how do u do it?

If you are following them theb yes, you just put @ symbol then their screen name in your tweet and they will recieve it, but the trouble with the famous ones is that they get sooo many followers it would be impossible to keep up with writing back unless you happen to tweet something that sparks their interest. Ashton Kutcher has followers into the millions so it would be a little unfair to expect him to tweet back to all of us!

I am not sure but i found a good site that will teach you everything you need to know about being on twitter i am new to the site and found it out so it worked for me
