Ok im new to twitter and i want to send a tweet to someone elses channel and im want them to recive it. how do i fucking do that

You can do this in two ways.
1) a simple @reply. All you have to do is put their twitter name with @ in front of it anywhere in the tweet. If you put it as the very first thing in the tweet, only they will see it. If you put it anywhere else in the tweet, all your followers will see it. You don't have to follow someone to @reply them, and they don't have to follow you. You can @reply anyone on Twitter and they'll see it.
2) Direct message them. You can do this by clicking on "Direct Message" on the right of the main page and entering their name. The only catch is that this person has to follow you and you have to follow them. DMs are for messages you don't want anyone else to see--only the person you write to will see the DM.
