How do I remove tweets from people I stopped following from my Twitter homepage?.. I made a mistake of following a couple of prolific dudes, but even after I removed (and even tried blocking!) them, I still receive their updates on my homepage. How can I fix this?

If you are not following them, and have blocked them.. and you are still getting their updates it is probably just Twitter lag.
Give it a day or so, and if it doesn't' stop then try contacting Twitter.
