i made a twitter and wrote a message to a celebrity i follow " @__________ bla bla bla". my friend says that they didnt recieve the tweet because they have to follow me also to recieve it. if so then how do i get celebrities o follow me on twitter

Even if they did, they don't do it, they have someone that does it for them..

They will not follow you.
I agree with the first Answer, someone else gets on there Twitter for them.
All they do is Tweet from there phone.
They don't really follow anyone or read any Tweets.

If you are following someone at Twitter, you may post replies on what they tweet and they will definitely see it. If you haven't gotten a reply back, it's either they're too busy or they just ignored your tweet. Whatever you post, your followers will be able to see it in their Friends Updates. So, how do you become a follower magnet on Twitter? Simple. Tweet something funny, smart, informative and controversial. Celebrities have their own PR managers and they won't follow you unless you are a big shot as well.
