One on my friends sent me message on twitter it had a link, I clicked on the link and no my account is hacked. Now all my account does is sent messages and random tweets. How do I stop it?

Change your e-mail linked to the account, password, recoveries, username etc etc, then do a complete virus scan of your computer.
If it still happens just dectivate your account and make a new 1.
The random links is just simple Maliscious code injection so changing your details should fix it.
