Well it takes sometime but now i have a few celebs following me. Just keep tweeting them saying your awesome follow me! and wait for them to tweet which means there on twitter, so then freak out and say follow me!

depends, how do you know it's actually the person they claim to be? not all celeb accounts are used by them more the record company tweets stuff and it's often hard to sort the fakes from the real
