I went to check on twitter to direct message a friend, and he's no longer on my followers list. I'm also no longer on his. I went to send him a message and it wouldn't send saying " forbidden" , I tried to re- follow and it says " forbidden" .. What happened? It allows me to message and follow others?

do what i do make a new one and block him back its rude to block someone for no reason
