I follow the local sports channel in Philly on twitter and I want my phone to buzz even when I'm not on twitter when they post something new.... When I first downloaded the app, it said that it would send me alerts when I selected which ones I want alerts from, but I did that and nothing has worked so far.

Ya if you go to settings then notifications you should beanie to turn it on
