I've recently been suspended and I'm just wondering how to deactivate it. I followed the steps twitter has said to find the button but I still can't find it!

Go to Twitter.Log in at the top right hand corner of the page.
Click on "Settings" ,also located in the top right hand corner.
This will take you to the Account Management section.
Scroll down to the bottom of that page. Click on the
"Delete my account." link located in the bottom left hand corner
under the "Save" button.
Click on the "Okay, fine, delete my account." button when you
are redirected to Twitter's 'Goodbye' page.
Your account is now deleted!
