Not at this stage, though I'm sure it's probably something Twitter has in the pipeline -- If they think it's feasible to do it whenever someone posts, then I'd definitely say that you should be able to do it when you receive a DM.
There are loads of third-party tools (not owned by Twitter) that offer similar functionality, though maybe not exactly what you're looking for. Try something like uSocial.net -- http://usocial.net/ -- or similar sites for tools that might work as well.
