I know it can´t be uploaded directly on twitter so my question is; where can I upload a powerpoint presentation from which I could write a link on twitter for?

I usually upload my PowerPoint as videos to twitter.
Method A:(For all PowerPoint versions)
1.Save your PowerPoint slides as images like JPG or PNG in Mirosoft PowerPoint
2.Import these pictures into Windows Movie Maker and make a video.
Method B:(For all PowerPoint versions)
Use a PowerPoint to video converter like
Moyea PPT to Video Converter http://www.dvd-ppt-slideshow.com/ppt-to-video/
to convert your powerpoint file to video format directly.
Method C: (for PowerPoint 2010 user):
If you are using PowerPoint 2010, you can use the newly added function to directly save PowerPoint as WMV (only) format

Step 1: Convert your PowerPoint file to MP4 video with a PowerPoint to video converter like the one from Leawo (http://www.leawo.com/powerpoint-video-converter/ ).
Step 2: Upload the video to Youtube or other video-sharing sites.
Step 3: Post the url of the uploaded video on Twitter.
