On twitter can the people that you follow (but they aren't following you back) see your tweets on their timeline. I feel like the only people that retweet my tweets are the people that follow me.

No, the people who you followed who arent following you wont be able to see you on their timeline. Unless you tweeted at them. For example: @(username), they will be able to see the tweets via @( their username)
