So earlier today I tweeted like.. alot because I was helping trend Shane Dawson makes me smile (he is my role model :3 ) and it said I had tweet limit. Well that was at like 5:45 and I still have tweet limit like almost 2 hours later. Anyone know why?

Twitter allows you to post a maximum of 1000 tweets for 24 hours i.e. around 40 tweets per hour, and if you cross the hourly limit, you will just need to wait for that hour to end, until the limit ends.
This is in the twitter web interface.

The other section is API which is when you use any other twitter client, you get 150 API calls per hour. If you exceed that, you will again need to wait till that particular hour ends, and again can resume tweeting later..
