Restoring your account on twitter is not that easy if you forgot your pasword. nothing can be done now . you cant recover your twitter id..well what i would like to advise you is singn up for a new twitter account its easy and can be done in just 1 minute

click on this link to get help on twitter.
You can just click on Forgot password and they will send an
email to your main account with a code to reset,that email
sometimes lands in the Spam folder.
