this might be a stupid question but how do you tweet somebody on twitter? like if i follow someone let's say leland chapman from the dog the bounty hunter. well i see alot of tweets from other people to him. so how do i tweet him. what spot to i go to i don't want to re-tweet because that's from someone else i don't want to reply because that's not me. so can someone explain it to me thanks.
sorry but i didn't understand a word of what you said. tweeting somebody makes no sense? im so confused so never mind.

What do you mean by this? To retweet, just click the retweet link, to reply ("tag" someone) write @username (replacing username with their actual username), or to message someone, type dm username message (replacing username with their username and message with your message). That's all there is that you can do. "Tweeting somebody" doesn't really make sense.
