I want to know how to use twitter to follow people like Ellen degeneres or Neil patrick harris.How do I follow stars using twitter.I here so much like on regis and kelly she says she twitters all the time how would I follow someone like her.

I assume you have already signed up.
Simply search for someone under "Find People".
Be warned though, that whoever you are looking for (celebrity), there are a whole lot of fake accounts.
To be certain, look for a blue mark and the words "Verified Account".
When you find someone (like NPH), there will be a [Follow] button underneath his picture.
Simply click on it, and you will be following him.
On your Twitter Home page (http://twitter.com/home) you will see any tweets NPH makes.

You should be able to type in their names, and click follow
