Technically I assume it's possible, I really don't recall of you have to be logged into FB to access those pages.

In practical terms I have no heard of anyone doing it, I would guess it's just not cost effective to pay Adwords rates for links to what are usually intermediate pre-sale pages. The Facebook ad system gives lower rates for ads landing on Facebook pages, with a high CTR, like a sweepstake can get can lower ad costs to below 10 cents CPC. Using FB demographics to send people already in the system is bound to convert better than Adwords strangers.

It is possible to do this but is not really recommended.
What do you want to get? More fans? Or more sales?
If you want to get more fans I would recommend using something like http://corp.Wishpond.com, you can use your existing users to promote you page and get new customers.
If you want to increase sales, you should send them directly to your page.
The problem with this ppc approach is that if your users are not logged into Facebook, they will have a bad experience.
