everything is 3 hours behind on my internet, but my desktop time is correct. for example on twitter it says every tweet was posted 3 hours ago, when really it was posted a few seconds/ minutes ago. how can i fix this?

Time of Desk Top re-check requires and adjust correctly. If saved time is missing please replace the cmos battery, very low cost Rs.10/-, and re-check. If not saving the time your BIOS in the desk top is complaint. Mothr board servicing requires.
