I have blackish brownish hair that is shoulder length and is wavy/ curly with a side fringe I'm Turkish this is me:

I thought of lettering my hair grow much longer but what do u think about it or should I layer it or cut it shorter any pictures of haircuts and links would be appreciated Im bored of my hair!
