I have had twitter for about a month, but i have less followers than some of my friends, how can i get 200 followers? Please help and realistic answers only, i dont want to buy any either

it's against twitter's TOS to buy followers or have a large number of fraudulent followers. i've been on twitter for over a year (maybe two) and i only have around 30 followers. Why? you ask: because if people aren't interested in what i have to say, then they're completely free to unfollow.
