In order to wipe your Twitter account clean I would highly recommend you NOT to use free websites as often they abuse your account by adding some spammy messages.
Use http://www.socialoomph.com that is a reputable company and they can be used to organize your Twitter and social media communcation quite well and they have two important functions:
