Im on Twitter and I have this celebrity who I'm following. I don't know but I've heard that CASSADEE POPE replies to you on Twitter. I wanted to give it a shot so I replied to her. Not knowing if she can recieve my tweet unless I'm following her.
So the question is, does the person have to follow you to recieve your tweets?

no they can still recieve your tweet when they are not following you. but they wont show up directly on their homepage they'll have to go to the "@cassadeepope" link on the side to see all the replies she's recieved ever.

Yes they have to follow you.
Take for example myself, I don't want to read a thing you tweet.
That's exactly how a celebrity thinks.
