Heaven's Postman or Postman To Heaven is a very good movie, but I don't think it's it too.
I haven't heard of such Twitter-inspired movie. sorry.

I think its a japanese drama called "Sunao ni Narenakute" starring JYJ's Kim Jaejoong among many
