you cant find a DSLR with this specification.

what i could find is Nikon 1 J1 eventhough it is 10 megapixels

As far as i know no consumer grade camera that can shoot video at 240fps exists, much less one that manages to capture these at 16MP.

You can rent high speed cameras, usually at a price of several hundred dollars per day. None of these record at 16MP though, usually it's just 720p or 1080p or in some cases 4K HD



The Casio Exilim FH100 can record video at 240fps, but only at a resolution of 448x336 pixel. That's about 0.15MP. For normal photography it has 10MP.

Gosh, even 5 years ago that would have been a question impossible even to think of. But, as others say, not yet available in practice on the domestic market. Pro cams with those specs may exist, but you would be looking at a very big and heavy camera at many thousands (tens of thousands?) of pounds/dollars.
