hi my company is about to launch a new retail online shhopping portal and we have a make a great an effective marketing plan for the same.
Can anyone suggest me good books on the same? also wanted to buty good books on social media marketing where it also mentions great marketing ideas and how to calculate its ROI.

For books on social media, take a look at BrandDigital by Adamson, and Secrets of Social Media Marketing by Gillin.
I don't know about specific books on online retail..
