I just posted a video on youtube of my new song that I wrote called Answer Me .. but how do I get people to view it .. Like most videos get like a million views, but mine only has a few ..

What you need to do is post it on any social media sites you can. Also send it to friends and family.

Promote your channel with a twitter , facebook or goggle +
a better description name video in all your videos
Post comments in other videos similar like yours
Subscribe a lot and make alot of YT friends
I watched your video and I Like your musical style

Actually, most videos do not get many views. It's just that the ones that do get a lot of views get favored in search results, so you never see the others.

You need to bring your video to the first pages of the search results. Then it becomes popular. But to bring those videos to the front pages, you need to have enough views and likes. There are so many sites that give views and likes for free/money.
This site i normally gives 1000 Views and 50 likes for free.It takes about 2 days. But if you need it within 1 day you'll have to pay. I use only the free package, coz i don't have money to spend on.

There are lot of ways to increase youtube views.You can share your video on Linkedin, Facebook, Myspace etc. You can advertise it to free advertising site.
