So my twitter it keeps following people without my permission. How do I fix this.

Change your password. Maybe you were hacked.

It sounds like someone knows your password!!! You can either suspend your account, which seems like the really hard way, or you can just change your password. You can also tell twitter, and they should do something about it. Good Luck!!
