If I set my profile to private, can the people who I follow but don't follow me back (i.e. celebrities) still view my profile and my tweets?

If you put your profile on private and a celebrity is not following you they will not be able to see anything on your profile or your tweets unless they begin follow you.

From what i know, because it's private only people that follow you can see your tweets, because the celebrities don't follow you they can't see your tweets, all they see is your picture, name and bio.
It's best for it to be kept unprivate that way more people will follow you!
