I want to remove someone I'm following on Twitter. I've tried clicking on remove from their profile and from my Following list but it doesn't remove them.

Hey William,
Click on following at the top right and then when the page loads simply click on the remove button next to the person you no longer want to follow.

i've found that often times the first time i click on follow or unfollow, nothing happens. so i wait a bit then click again. the second time it usually goes through.
