Here goes a picture of what I mean [ http://tinypic.com/r/5knipu/5 ]. I am @iStickyIcky & I saw how @SouljaBoy has a twitter banner type of thing. Is this feature only for Verified people on twitter or can anyone make this?

Currently, enhanced profile pages are only available to a small selection of brands and partners. Twitter is not able to accept public requests for enhanced profile pages at this time. The header image is only available for Twitter advertising. You need to pay for Twitter Advertising account.
