I've been on twitter a lot and i noticed that a lot of twitters i follow use the same profile picture of 4 hearts: https://si0.twimg.com/profile_images/1463649114/AshBenzo.jpg
Ariana grande, ashley benzo, ohteenquotes, victoria justice and others have the same one. is it like a charity thing?

Yes it is. Can't remember the name specifically but it involves a charity for children who were involved in a wicked accident. 2 were left paralyzed as a result.
