it's a quote from a popular facebook video. people put it on their page for... fun? in the video reporter asks a market seller sometihng like "is there any increase on sales" but old dude misunderstands artış(increase) as artist, so he replies "what artist? what's an artist got to do in bazaar?" with a strong accent.

It's the phrase that was said by a common man when he misunderstood what the speaker asked him. The way he says it sounds funny to some people.
It means.;
Artist? What artist? What does artist have to do in bazaar? I'm 50 years old man and haven't seen any artists.
The speaker had asked him " Artış var mı?" which means " is there any increase?"
Artış (Aartysh) and artist are pronounced similarly
