Depends, what do you have to offer? Have a MySpace page and add a lot of people, same with Facebook, follow more people on Twitter and talk to them so they can follow you and maybe be friends. Make videos on YouTube of what you do. You have to offer something so people get interested because normally (over the internet) you don't become popular by just being yourself, you need to have some ''schtick''.
