Im new to twitter and I really want to socialize with ppl who actually use twitter,,,i tried some of those follow sites but the ppl are all overseas and hardly ever use twitter...Can somebody tell me where I can find ppl who actually use it ? Oh and dont say twitter is annoying or anything because that really doesnt answer my ?

Well this depends, people you know or other types (such as businesses or celebrities etc.) http://stuffthathappens.com/docs/faketwitter.html, this website will lead you to celebrities. If it is a business you can just type in the name of the business and the associated account should come up in the search
