At first I only followed celebs just to get updates and stuff, but then I realized that many famous photographers had twitters and would tweet out photo advice, contests,important info regarding laws about photos, which sites are bad for your pics, cool blogs, reviews about equipment ect. I learned a lot from twitter, especially from following good photographers, it's also nice to share you pics on twitter.

because many people are only interested in celebs, cos they have empty lives...
that's why the tabloid press is successful...

Well society today is more interested in celebrities and gossip than photography and educational matters. But I'm glad you were able to get something out of Twitter besides 'who's dating who'. But a lot of photographers and business companies do use twitter for updates and things, the people who want to know this information follow them. People who don't really have a need to end up being attracted to Hollywood news and things like that.

Twitter's 4 celebs 2 talk about what they r doing every minute & 4 teens 2 talk about what the celebs r doing every minute.
