I like Miley Cyrus, and I would like to follow her on Twitter, but then all my friends would see and I would get abuse from them. Is their anyway to make it so when I follow her, she can become invisible on my "Following" List?

Just visit her page manually whenever you want to know what she's up to...or use an RSS reader and add her twitter updates as an RSS to the reader.

If my mates knew I followed Miley they'd give me stick too. I just have a different twitter account so you can twitter twice..?

Sorry, there is no way you can follow someone on Twitter without that person appearing in your following list.
