It is simple but there are many steps as here under:
1. Design your website considering search engine optimization techniques for better search result on internet.
2. After successful design and hosting submit your website to search engines. For search engine submission your can go through google search simply type search engine submission in search box and hit go, you'll get a lot of search engine submission sites, you can use paid or free service as you like.
3. Now use any online payment gateway as paypal for your products and services. The paypal is the best option for online selling.
4. Now publish your site and advertise your services or products on social sites like facebook, twitter, my space, etc...
