Hey hey.
So, I'll just break it down.
(Two of my friends)
> Friend 1 blocks Friend 2
> Rachel tags Friend 1 in a tweet.
Will Friend 2 be able to see this tweet or no? Since he is blocked by Friend 1?
Or he can see the tweet, but can not get onto the person (Friend 1)'s profile?
I hope this question isn't too confusing. Sorry if it is. :c

Yeah you can still see it.
Blocking someone on twitter just stops them DM'ing and following you. It is very different to facebook. The only way to stop someone seeing your tweets it to protect them. Blocking does nothing.
